| Bio: | Angel Dumott Schunard, a flamboyant cross dressing street percussionist who suffers from AIDs. But despite this he is always cheerful and outgoing, and is often determined to stop his friends letting life drag them down. While on the surface he often comes across as bitchy, he is in fact just honest, often saying what people need to hear rather than want to. He is the lover of Tom Collins, a fellow AIDs sufferer, philosophy teacher and anarchist. An unlikely couple, they are actually quite devoted to each other until Collins died from his condition approximately 6 months ago.
